im really not good at bargaining so i need help as wat to say wen i have to buy something at the souks?some examples please?and will they actually bargain with me if im speaking english!please help!

when buying, selling and bargaining everyone speaks the same language ( the language of numbers LOL)

Well first off ask for the price.
then if you are not satisfied tell them that is too much and give them a counter offer. (make sure it is really low) so they can agree with you at a price half way.

it always helps if you are buying many things as of course they want to sell a lot so they are more open to bargaining.

you also have to be ready to walk away remember you will always find many other stores that sell whatever it is you are looking for.
